Marco Zamora's Urban Landscapes

Marco Zamora, Californian artist who takes street life and transfers it into his artwork. He sees urban environments and lifestyles and creates the imagery to go along with it. He's this good because he was in the CIA (California Institute of Art - did I get you there? even for a second?), and ever since his graduation in 2004 he's been graphic designing by day and painting by night. His backgrounds seem proportionately disproportionate - if that makes any kind of metaphorical sense. There's a sense of a more profound message mixed into the reality of each painting, especially with the contrasting yet complementary combination of textures, colors and applications. Creative!
