Tomek Sadurski

Ever since that post about the Defragmentation of Beauty in 25 Magazine, I've been looking up Tomek Sadurski's work. I'm obsessed with his sketches - they're gorgeous illustrations created using thick black lines and slight touches of watercolor. Always feminine, but never obnoxiously so - tres chic.

Ghosts of Gustav Klimt

I'm already a fan of SeƱor Klimt, so naturally a photoshoot that's an amalgamation of him plus models felt like the right thing to do. The photos feel like the girls are sitting in a room of windowpanes in the shape of Klimt's works. Not to sound corny but it has a very ethereal feel to it - blasphemously beautiful. Thanks, 25 Mag.

25

"Defragmentation of Beauty" photo shoot - Spring 2010 as interpreted artistically by 25 Magazine. The half graphic, half photographic images feature such names such as Abbey Lee, Anja Rubik, Karlie Kloss and Karmen Pedaru. The swift charcoal lines mixed with wind-blown watercolors and strict geometrical shapes create and imbalanced balance, which I love - cleverly creative but not overdone.
